My Chemical Romance, a love story which started 7 years ago, a trip to New York after the 9/11 tragedy, a band who was just born, a disc in a HMV, since the first song I heard from them I immediatly fell in love with them.
Gerard Way and his melodious voice, Ray Toro & Frankie Iero and their guitars, Bob Bryar and his drum and finally Mickey Way and his bass. Five guys, five genius.
The first song I heard was Demolition Lovers and despite my young age, this song stayed in my mind for about 2 years or maybe more.
Then, 4 years later, Three Cheers for sweet revenge was born, their best album, a song which is my hymn, Helena, and as usual beautiful songs.
And finally, in 2006-2007, The Black Parade was born, a totally fictitious band born in Gerard's imagination, their last but not least album.
In 2009, the movie Watchmen will be released and My Chemical Romance made a cover of the song "Desolation Row" from Bob Dylan, which mean they are not dead ! Even if their last Live Album was called "The Black Parade is Dead".
